We, as the developers of this incredible project, are excited to communicate with you, its wonderful residents. As the estate continues to develop, we fall deeper in love with it. Andre van der Walt has truly created something special, and we are privileged to help make Omeya great.
We promised at the AGM that we will be transparent and honest in everything we do. We highlighted that the question “what is good for Omeya” would be our guiding star. We are therefore proud to share with you our latest developments.
Omeya School
We are engaging with a prestigious South African school to partner with Omeya in developing a top-tier institution, one that people from all over Namibia and South Africa would wish for their children to attend. We expect a visit from the school principal in July to continue developing the relationship.

Refreshed Branding
To new beginnings! We have designed a new look for Omeya, which will start rolling out soon. Omeya Infrastructure Company (OIC) has given permission, and we are now renovating the entrance and replacing the water fountain with beautiful olive trees (another symbol of growth and peace). The old roadside signage has been removed and will be turned into advertising space to stimulate economic growth at Omeya.
